- 📦 Shipped via Japan Post or Yamato Transport
- 💴 Domestic shipping: Flat rate of ¥500 (tax included) nationwide (¥1,500 for Okinawa and remote islands)

- 🗓 Estimated delivery times and available shipping countries are listed in the “Shopping Guide”
- 🌏 International shipping fees vary depending on country and package weight (automatically calculated at checkout)

🔄 Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellations

- ✈️ International customers: Please contact us within 3 days from the delivery date
- 📮 For exchanges: Customers must return the item with prepaid shipping → Replacement will be shipped cash on delivery after arrival

📦 Reshipment & Storage Policy
- 🏠 If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or absence, reshipment will be sent cash on delivery
- 📆 Storage period: 30 days from the return date
- 💰 After the storage period expires, 40% of the product price will be deducted as a handling fee from any refund
- 🚫 Reshipment is unavailable after the storage period has expired
- 📭 Unauthorized returns are not eligible for reshipment or refund
