📦 Order Processing & Shipping Flow

  • 💰 After we confirm your payment, we place a shipment request to our overseas warehouse → picking and initial inspection.
  • 🌏 After inspection is completed at the overseas warehouse, the items are shipped to our office in Japan.
  • 🏠 After arrival in Japan, we check for damage → steam ironing and sewing/finish check → careful packing → ship via Japan Post or Yamato Transport.

※ We do not offer direct shipping from the overseas warehouse to customers (dropshipping). We do not share customer information with third parties without permission.

✈️ Shipping Fees (Outside Japan)

  • 📮 Shipped via Japan Post (EMS / International ePacket), depending on the destination.
  • ⚖️ Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on total weight.

🚀 Shipping Schedule

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: shipped within 1–2 business days after order (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • 📆 Standard Items: shipped within 14–45 business days after order (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • 📦 If you order both ready-to-ship and standard items together, we will ship them together according to the standard-item schedule.
  • ⏳ We do not offer delivery date/time requests.
  • 🔄 Items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in stock.

🔍 How to Track Your Shipment

Japan (Domestic)

  • Track via Japan Post or Yamato Transport tracking services.
  • The tracking number is included in the shipment confirmation email.

Outside Japan (International)

  • For EMS, tracking is available via the Japan Post EMS tracking page.

🧾 Receipts

After your order has shipped, you can print a receipt from the order completion screen or from your purchase history (My Page).

🏠 Address Issues, Storage, and Pricing

  • If an item is returned due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence, reshipping will be sent cash-on-delivery (COD).
  • Storage period: 30 days from the return date. After that, 40% of the item price will be deducted as a handling fee.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time. We do not issue refunds or charge additional amounts due to price changes after an order is confirmed.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges, and Order Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted only for initial defects or incorrect items.
  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours after payment is completed.
  • For returns/exchanges, please contact us within 3 days including the delivery date.
  • Exchanges are limited to one time per order.
  • One-size items are not eligible for returns.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost.

⚠️ About Initial Defects

Please contact us via the inquiry form within 3 days including the delivery date, and attach photos of the issue.

📦 If You Receive the Wrong Item

Please contact us within 3 days including the delivery date and attach photos. After you return the item with cash-on-delivery (COD), we will ship the replacement item (this may take 2–4 weeks).

📌 Important Notes on Exchanges & Returns

  • Some overseas products may have less-refined stitching. Minor issues such as fraying or loose threads are not considered defects.
  • Print placement may differ from photos.
  • Size measurements may vary by ±2–3 cm and are not considered defects.
  • Color may appear different depending on your display environment; returns for this reason are not accepted.
  • Returns are not accepted due to shipping delays or if the item does not arrive by a planned wearing date.

🛑 Cooling-Off Policy

As this is mail-order sales, the cooling-off system does not apply.
