[Flow from our company to shipping the product to the customer]

[About returns, exchanges, and order cancellations]

・It may take approximately 2 to 4 weeks for replacement items to be shipped.

[Note regarding exchanges and returns]

・Overseas products may have looser stitching than domestic products.Protruding threads that are not the cause of fraying, tight buttonholes, creases, etc. are not treated as initial defects.

・For printed fabric products, the pattern may not look similar to the photo depending on the cutting and sewing method of the fabric.We do not accept exchanges or returns due to the pattern being different from the photo.

・For apparel products, there may be a difference of around 2 to 3 cm in measurements such as length due to stitching.Unless the sizes are different (for example, you ordered an S but received an L), slight differences in dimensions will not result in the product being delivered incorrectly or being initially defective.

・Depending on the display environment, your impression of the color of the product may change.Unless the item is clearly different from what was ordered (I ordered red but received black), it is not a wrongly delivered item or an initial defective item, so returns based on personal image such as design, color, size, etc. will not be accepted.
