[About refunds, returns, exchanges, and order cancellations]

・Returns are accepted only if the delivered product is different from the ordered product or has an initial defect. Let me do it.

・Refunds, returns, and exchange requests within Japan can only be accepted if we are contacted within 7 days of the product shipping date.

・Refunds, returns, and exchange requests from overseas will only be accepted if we are contacted within 3 days of the item's arrival date.

・Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

・Refunds may be made by bank transfer depending on the payment status.

・We do not accept cash refunds by registered mail.

・For apparel products, there may be a difference of around 2 to 3 cm in measurements such as length due to stitching. Unless the sizes are different (for example, you ordered a S but received a L), slight differences in dimensions will not result in the product being delivered incorrectly or being initially defective.

・Depending on the display environment, your impression of the color of the product may change. Unless the item is clearly different from what was ordered (I ordered red but received black), it is not a wrongly delivered item or an initial defective item, so returns based on personal image such as design, color, size, etc. will not be accepted. Not yet.

・For unshipped products that have passed 45 days or more from the order payment confirmation date, we will cancel or refund your order.
We do not accept refunds or returns for unshipped items that have not been shipped for more than 45 days from the date of payment confirmation, for late shipping, for items that will not arrive in time for the intended wear date, etc. note that.

*We also do not accept returns or exchanges for the following products.

・If you contact us more than 7 days after the product shipping notification.・Returns or exchanges after 10 days have passed since the notification of return or exchange (excluding overseas)

・ Items in different condition than when shipped (including items with a smell or signs of wear)

・ Items without tags or accessories
