🔄 Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellations

  • ✅ Returns are accepted only if the delivered item is incorrect or has an initial defect
  • 🏠 Domestic orders are eligible only if contacted within 7 days from the shipping date
  • ✈️ International orders are eligible only if contacted within 3 days from the delivery date
  • ⏳ Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours after payment
  • 🏦 Refunds may be processed via bank transfer depending on the payment status (cash registered mail unavailable)
  • 📏 Apparel measurements may vary by approximately ±2–3cm due to sewing specifications Minor differences are not considered defects
  • 🎨 Colors may appear different depending on the display environment Returns due to differences in color, design, or fit are not accepted
  • 📅 Cancellation and refunds are available only for unshipped orders exceeding 45 days from the payment confirmation date
  • 🚫 Refunds or returns are not accepted for unshipped orders under 45 days, shipping delays, or items not arriving in time for planned use

  • ⏱ Contact made more than 7 days after shipping notification (domestic orders)
  • 📆 More than 10 days passed after contacting us regarding a return or exchange (domestic orders)
  • 👃 Items with odors or signs of wear
  • 🏷 Items missing tags or accessories
  • 🧥 Items that have been used at least once
  • 🩸 Damaged or stained items
  • 📉 Items showing obvious signs of use upon our inspection
