🔄 Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellations

✅ Returns are accepted only if the delivered item is incorrect or has an initial defect
🏠 For deliveries within Japan, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery, counting the delivery date as day 1, to request a return or exchange
✈️ For international deliveries, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery, counting the delivery date as day 1, to request a return or exchange
⏳ Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours after payment
🏦 Refunds may be processed via bank transfer depending on the payment status (cash registered mail unavailable)
📏 Apparel measurements may vary by approximately ±2–3cm due to sewing specifications Minor differences are not considered defects
🎨 Colors may appear different depending on the display environment Returns due to differences in color, design, or fit are not accepted
📅 If dispatch is expected to take more than 45 business days from the order date (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays), you may cancel the affected item before it ships
🚫 We do not accept returns because of shipping delays or because an item did not arrive in time for a planned occasion. You may cancel before dispatch if the cancellation conditions above apply
