📦 Shipping Process

  1. 💰 After payment is confirmed, we place a shipping request with our overseas warehouse for picking and inspection.
  2. 🌏 Once inspection is completed at the overseas warehouse, the items are shipped to our company in Japan.
  3. 🏠 After arrival at our company, we check for damage, steam the items, inspect the stitching, carefully package them, and ship them via Japan Post or Yamato Transport.

* We do not ship directly from overseas warehouses to customers. All orders are shipped to customers through GLEAM UNIQUE Co., Ltd. in Japan, so customer information is not shared with third parties without permission.

🚚 Shipping Fees Within Japan

  • 📦 Shipped via Japan Post or Yamato Transport
  • 💴 Flat shipping fee: ¥500 including tax * ¥1,500 for Okinawa and remote islands
  • 🎁 Free shipping on orders over ¥15,000
  • 🚫 No customs fees or import duties for domestic shipments
  • 👕 Items may have folding wrinkles upon arrival
  • 📦 When purchasing multiple items, they may not be shipped together depending on delivery timing. If you would like combined shipping, please write it in the order notes or contact us.

✈️ International Shipping Fees

  • 📮 Shipped by Japan Post, EMS, International ePacket, or sea mail depending on the destination
  • ⚖️ Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight

🚀 Shipping Time

  • ⚡ Ready-to-ship items: Shipped within 1 to 2 business days after order placement, excluding weekends and public holidays
  • 📆 Standard items: Shipped within 14 to 45 business days after order placement, excluding weekends and public holidays
  • 📦 If ready-to-ship items and standard items are ordered together, they will be shipped according to the standard item shipping schedule
  • ⏳ Delivery date and time cannot be specified
  • 🔄 Items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in stock

🔍 How to Check Delivery Status

Within Japan

  • You can check the delivery status using the tracking service of Japan Post or Yamato Transport.
  • The tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email.

Outside Japan

  • For EMS shipments, tracking is available on the Japan Post EMS website.

📩 Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation Emails

  • Emails will be sent from: “contact@londaonline.store” or “contactus@londa2019.info”
  • Please check your email settings to ensure that you can receive our emails.
  • If multiple orders are placed within a short period of time, we may contact you by email to confirm that there are no mistakes. Thank you for your understanding.

🧾 Receipts

Receipts can be printed from the order completion page or purchase history in My Page after the item has been shipped.

🏠 Incorrect Address, Storage Period, and Pricing

  • If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, absence, or any other customer-related reason, reshipping will be sent cash on delivery.
  • Storage period: 30 days from the return date. After this period, 40% of the product price will be deducted as a handling fee.
  • Prices may change at any time. We do not provide compensation or additional charges for price changes after an order has been confirmed.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges, and Order Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted only for defective items or incorrect items.
  • Order cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours after payment.
  • Please contact us within 3 days, including the delivery date, if you wish to request a return or exchange.
  • Exchanges are accepted only once.
  • One-size items cannot be returned.
  • For defective items or incorrect deliveries, we will cover the shipping fee.

⚠️ Defective Items

Please contact us through the inquiry form within 3 days, including the delivery date, and attach photos of the item.

📦 If You Receive an Incorrect Item

Please contact us within 3 days, including the delivery date, and attach photos of the item. After the item is returned by cash-on-delivery shipping, we will ship the replacement item. Please note that this may take 2 to 4 weeks.

📌 Notes on Exchanges and Returns

  • Overseas products may have minor sewing imperfections. Loose threads, thread ends, and similar details are not considered defects.
  • The placement of printed patterns may differ from the product photos.
  • Measurement differences of approximately ±2 to 3 cm are not considered defects.
  • Color differences caused by display settings are not eligible for return.
  • Shipping delays or items not arriving in time for a planned wearing date are not eligible for return.

🛑 Cooling-Off Period

The cooling-off system does not apply to online shopping.
